7. Returns and Refunds
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to all purchases.
14-day cooling-off period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. You must notify us of your decision to cancel, then return the goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 35(5), unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
30-day right to reject faulty goods: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, sections 20–22, if goods are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or not as described, you have a short-term right to reject them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or defective items.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier, in accordance with regulation 34(5) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, and no fees will be charged.
Exceptions to the cooling-off right include goods that have been personalised, sealed hygiene items that have been unsealed, or perishable goods.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the above, our liability for any breach of these terms is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, except where they are a foreseeable consequence of our breach.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
