Refund Policy
We offer free returns on all of our products. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require your name, order number and reason for return. Please send your details to returns@shvde.com and we will process your return for you.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
SHVDE WARRANTY
We have a customary 12-month warranty with every pair of shades we sell.
- Our warranty covers any breakages caused by manufacturing defects.
- Our warranty does not cover lens scratches, or any accidental breakages.
Your warranty is activated the day we dispatch your shades and will last for exactly 365 days from that point.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@shvde.com.
EXCHANGES
Should you want to exchange your shades for another pair, that’s not a problem. You must ensure that the pair you want to exchange is in its original condition with all original packaging. If you need to exchange, send us an email at contact@shvde.com.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 1, The Warehouse, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 5LL
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We will send a pre-paid label for you to print off at home, or print off at a parcel shop.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. Therefore, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
